Nyadi Hydropower Limited : Upocoming IPO
Nyadi hydropower limited is going to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO). Global IME capital is the issue manager for this IPO. The company has submitted the application for public offering to Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) 2077-08-10 and SEBON has provided approval on 2078-04-11.
The company had applied to the SEBON to issue 40.5 lakhs shares in IPO. The face value of each share will be Rs.100. Hence the IPO will amount to Rs.40.50 crores.
Out of total share issued, the company will offer 15 lakhs shares to the local and 5 lakhs shares to the people of most-affected area. Likewise the residents of other areas of Lamjung district can apply for the 10 lakhs shares. Interested local investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and maximum of 50,000 shares.
The company will be issuing the total 1.5 crores shares out of which the public will possess 27 percent shares in the company i.e. 40.5 lakh shares and 73 percent ownership will be holded by promoters and few locals.
ABOUT COMPANY
Nyadi hydropower limited is a public company, which is constructing a 30MW Nyadi hydropower project at Nagdi khola in Marsyandi village of Lamjung district. This company is incorporated on March 1, 2007. It is promoted by Butwal Power Company ltd. (BPC) and Lamjung Electricity Development Company ltd. (LEDCO).
